As a provider, I show up as my full self which means that my values of disability justice, gender justice, and racial justice paired with lived experience guide how I collaborate in building consultation, facilitation, and therapeutic containers.

I believe that the social and political dynamics that exist shape our individual and collective experiences. These experiences inform what our areas of needed accountability, care, and growth are.

I grew up on a small farm in rural Oregon and have lived in Portland for 16 years.

I can often be found enjoying a good book, in the garden, or planning my next hike or swim.
